Hi, I'm Laura!
I'm The Body Confidence Coach & Owner of The Confidence Suite.
I'm a fully qualified/insured Personal Trainer/Online Coach with a passion for inspiring women to be the best version of themselves!

With over 15 years experience & having helped 100s of women achieve their goals and beyond. ​I’m proud to share a wonderful female focused community and all the tools you'll need to achieve long term, sustainable results.
​
It's not a 1 size fits all, everybody is unique and with that in mind - all my coaching is bespoke to You.​ With lots of flexible options. I am proud to be able to provide women with a safe and inclusive space to focus on their health and wellbeing as be part of our supportive and encouraging female focused community.

My method is to:

1. Support you by listening to your needs and working together to build a step-by-step plan around you as an individual.
​
2. Help you overcome blocks that have previously caused you to plateau or caused Yo-Yo cycling.
​
3. Share knowledge and strategies in a wide spectrum of areas including, mindset, body image, exercise, nutrition, training & more.
​
4. Help You build positive eating habits that encourage you to fuel and nourish, mind - body and soul!
​
5. Help you find freedom where you've previously felt restricted and unable to achieve your goals.​
​
6. Help repair and create a better relationship with yourself & your body image. While supporting you to feel strong, fit & confident!
